Ready-Made Products
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
Custom-Made Products
Because our resin and wood pieces are handmade to customer specifications:
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable
- Exceptions apply only if the item is defective or significantly different from the approved design
Natural wood grain variations, resin patterns, minor bubbles, or slight color differences are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos of the item and packaging
- Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved
We will assess the claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-made products (unless defective)
- Used or damaged items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
